Jared Aman – Plant Foreman
Jared Aman is a Plant Foreman at the Rapid City Emulsion Hot Plant in Rapid City, SD. He has been a valued member of the Simon team for six years. Starting his journey as a laborer, he dedicated two years to mastering the fundamentals before earning a promotion to Hot Plant Operator, where he thrived for an additional 2.5 years. His hard work and commitment were recently recognized with a promotion to Plant Foreman.
What he values most about his time at Simon is the incredible team of people he works with. He feels fortunate to collaborate with colleagues who not only contribute to a positive work environment but also help make coming to work enjoyable.
His experiences have taught him that consistent hard work and punctuality reflect a genuine interest in his job. This dedication is evident in everything he does.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending his free time ice fishing during the winter months, and in the summer, he can be found riding dirt bikes or lending a helping hand on the ranch. His passion for both his job and his hobbies makes him a well-rounded and respected member of our team.
